Concept and architecture

In order to seamlessly blend the various facets of the project, architects Saraiva + Associados devised an exceptionally adaptable concept, capable of accommodating diverse functions and flexible enough to evolve with the dynamic nature of modern living and working environments. Spanning eight above-ground levels and two underground levels, Parque Oriente provides residential units, offices, commercial spaces and services, along with expansive outdoor areas and numerous relaxation zones aimed at fostering informal interactions and gatherings.
