Matisse 14-16
Connected to everything that matters
Connected to everything that matters
We design more than just buildings, we create places where people can connect. That's why Matisse 14-16 has been designed as a true gateway to Brussels. With its modern offices (under the Matisse 16 Working brand), quality housing (under the Matisse 16 Living brand), retail spaces and community facilities, Matisse 14-16 promises a truly vibrant urban experience at the entrance to the city, where an outdated office building once stood.
Concept and architecture
Committed to designing buildings that harmonize with their environment and improve wellbeing for all, we've entrusted the development of this project to the esteemed firm Neutelings & Riedijk Architects, collaborating with local architects AXENT. The outcome? Exemplary architecture meeting stringent environmental standards, contemporary and practical interior spaces, and expansive green outdoor areas.
