KAAI District involves a complete overhaul of a car park next to Aalst station. The public part of the project covers the construction of a commuter car park (900 cars), bicycle parking (700 bicycles) and offices (1,980 m²) for the SNCB. The private part will consist of a mixed-use project - with residential units, workspaces, local shops and leisure areas.
