We see our job as fostering a sense of community by designing living spaces that connect people and enhance their wellbeing. SOHO is a true testament to this approach. This micro-neighbourhood near Luxembourg station has contributed to the renewal of this less-developed area by offering a varied range of high-quality housing.
Concept and architecture
Designed by M3 Architecture & Moreno, SOHO comprises 4 modern, energy-efficient buildings arranged around a semi-open courtyard that encourages social interaction. The project offers a range of homes from studios to penthouses, as well as offices and commercial spaces. Each home has a terrace or private garden.

Location and accessibility
Located in the train station district of downtown Luxembourg, SOHO is close to all public transport services (trains, TGV, bus, tram) and is quickly accessible from the main urban arteries and motorways. The booming district offers its residents a wide variety of services, shops and schools.
