Anthea
An architectural odyssey
An architectural odyssey
In all our projects, we prioritize wellbeing and sustainability.
Named after the goddess representing flowers, gardens, and trust, Anthea is a residential transformation of an office building. It features 48 high-end apartments and 385 m² of office space, situated on Boulevard du Souverain 360 in Brussels, overlooking the magnificent Val Duchesse estate.
Concept and architecture
Anthea is undergoing a thoughtful architectural transformation. Employing a methodical deconstruction strategy, the project prioritizes preserving foundational structures and utilizes elements from dry construction methods in the rebuilding process. Each apartment, averaging 110 m² in size, features its own terrace or garden, ensuring abundant natural light.
