A welcoming, flexible workspace
Promoting wellbeing and collaboration among individuals is what we strive for. QUATUOR, in Luxembourg, consists of two interconnected buildings offering ergonomic and flexible workspaces. The exceptional brightness provided by glass, along with the latest energy management technologies, contributes to the wellbeing of occupants. Currently owned by Monceau Assurances, QUATUOR was one of the first buildings in Luxembourg to comply with BREEAM International New Construction 2016 standards.
Concept and architecture
Werner Architects have seamlessly integrated our values into this contemporary-style project. They constructed the two buildings around a central atrium on existing foundations. Glass sky bridges connect the buildings at each level. The floors are flexible, modular, and bright, incorporating the latest innovations in ergonomic and thermal management. The overall wellbeing is heightened by the expansive ground floor terrace, providing outstanding views of the landscaped area.
