Sustainability and wellbeing: a winning duo
To improve overall wellbeing, we are raising buildings to their highest level of environmental performance. In Lisbon, WellBe, developped in collaboration with Atenor, exceeds all Net Zero Energy Building standards for sustainable real estate, setting new standards. The site offers innovative workspaces focused on wellbeing and flexibility to the 2,500 employees of Caixa Geral de Depósitos, which will use it as its headquarters as from 2026.
Concept and architecture
Where architectural excellence meets technical prowess. Architects Saraiva Associados and A2M have incorporated cutting-edge eco-construction concepts into a design that is both sleek and dynamic. The site is centered around a calm park, ideal for informal meetings among colleagues. And to make life even more pleasant for occupants, commercial and hospitality facilities are provided.
