For PURE, we have committed to a path towards a sustainable future that focuses on the present and future needs of businesses. Our design for this 8,000 m² project of adaptable and sustainable offices, situated at the entrance of Lille, places nature at the core to promote wellbeing and meet the expectations of a new generation of employees.
Concept and architecture
Ensuring people's wellbeing is the underlying theme of all our projects. For PURE, Coldefy & Associés architects were tasked with designing a series of flexible offices providing adaptability and versatility for prospective tenants. The fully glazed atrium bathes the entire site in natural light, helping to create a high-quality, pleasant and stimulating working environment. PURE features a 1,000 m² garden created by local landscape architect LAND.

Location and accessibility
PURE is located on Avenue de la République in La Madeleine, at the entrance of Lille. This neighbourhood, known as Grands Boulevards, is renowned for its accessibility and functionality. It is a ten-minute walk from Euralille and Lille Europe international train station. The "Romarin" tram stop is directly in front of PURE's entrance, along with a public bike rental service.
