An iconic project in Euralille
Strategically located in the heart of Lille's business district, this 13,500 m² office project is part of the vast urban area EURALILLE. With its iconic design, flexible space, comfort, and eco-friendly design (HEQ certified), PERSPECTIVE has been considered since its inauguration in 2012 as one of the pioneering projects that have made Lille's Euralille area famous. PERSPECTIVE houses the regional headquarters of the SNCF.
Concept and architecture
Reichen & Robert architects have creatively utilized the narrow plot to design a bold, sleek architecture, featuring facets of metal and glass, and a long sloping green roof culminating in a distinctive prow marking the city's entrance. A row of vertical panels in golden ochre, enabling natural ventilation for the 2 levels of parking. Similarly coloured shutters in the offices’ double skin façade allows natural ventilation of the offices. Remarkably flexible, the design can adapt to evolving requirements: thanks to a removable modular steel floor, the two parking levels can seamlessly convert into office or service spaces.

Location and connections
PERSPECTIVE enjoys a privileged location. Just a stone's throw from Lille-Europe and Lille-Flandres stations, the site is connected to London, Paris, Brussels and Charles de Gaulle airport. The Euralille shopping centre is close by, and PERSPECTIVE is also at the heart of soft mobility routes and motorways.
