We want to create living spaces where everyone can flourish in harmony with each other and the environment. Everything about O'Vert in Ghent is designed with this in mind. The energy-neutral project features a park open to the public and numerous facilities to encourage soft mobility. To promote a social and intergenerational inclusivity, which is essential to harmonious coexistence, the housing offer is extremely varied.
Concept and architecture
Numerous references to the site's industrial past have been preserved, but above all the AXENT architects have brought the project's 2 buildings into the future using the most advanced eco-construction techniques. The general organisation of the site encourages interaction between occupants.
