DUUO is a 34,000 m² residential project located on Praça de Espanha in Lisbon. Developed with Compagnie du Bois Sauvage as a financial partner, the project comprises 280 flats spread over two condominiums. The project also includes a number of communal facilities and services, including an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, shared cars and electric bikes, and workspaces.
Concept and architecture
To materialize our vision of enhanced wellbeing and quality of life, Nuno Leónidas Arquitectos crafted a contemporary U-shaped structure, boasting meticulous finishes and expansive balconies that seamlessly extend living areas. Abundant shared amenities improve social interaction, encompassing an outdoor swimming pool, a separate baby pool, a sports hall, a versatile multi-purpose room, and a collaborative co-working space.
