Les Promenades d'Uccle, a collaboration between BESIX RED and Matexi, presents a new residential community on the Engeland Plateau in Uccle (Brussels). Adjacent to a Natura 2000 site, it emphasizes wellbeing and sustainability. Spanning an 11.5-hectare area, the development provides a variety of residences, fostering an inclusive social and intergenerational living environment. It offers modern comfort and cutting-edge energy efficiency measures.
Concept and architecture
To seamlessly integrate the site into its environment and prioritize a lifestyle centered around wellbeing, we enlisted the expertise of architects A2RC and Espace Architectes. Their contemporary design ethos, featuring high-quality materials like natural stone, gives a cohesive aesthetic to the single-family homes and apartments throughout the area. This diverse array of residences fosters social and intergenerational cohesion, while offering modern comfort and energy efficiency.

Location and accessibility
Les Promenades d'Uccle is located in Uccle, a mainly residential area in the south of the Brussels-Capital Region. Just to the west of the Bois de la Cambre, the municipality is renowned for its many parks and green spaces. It offers an environment rich in sporting, cultural, educational and culinary activities, while the Brussels public transport network running through Uccle ensures quick and easy access to Brussels city centre.
