IMPULSE, a renovation project of 6,400 m² of office space near Luxembourg station, features ground-floor commercial areas. It stands as Luxembourg's first BREEAM Refurbishment-certified building, blending architectural excellence, wellbeing, and 76 parking spaces. Strategically located with flexible interiors, it represents a contemporary workspace. Crafted by Steinmetzdemeyer, it boasts a lush and luxurious rooftop terrace. Under Swiss Life ownership, it accommodates Luxembourg's inaugural Spaces coworking center and a Delhaize supermarket.
Concept and architecture
The building's original structure was retained, while facades and technical connections were removed to create highly flexible and modular offices. A fifth floor with a green rooftop terrace was added, along with four underground parking levels. The architecture emphasizes natural light, flexible spaces, high-end finishes, and energy-efficient amenities for occupant wellbeing.
