Designed to meet the needs of students and young professionals, the residence combines comfortable private accommodation with a wide range of shared amenities, excellent connectivity and a strong focus on wellbeing.
Concept and architecture
The project is conceived as a contemporary student residence where comfort, functionality and community come together. With a total built area of over 10,200 m², the residence offers a diverse mix of room types, each designed to provide students with a practical, private and comfortable living environment.
Beyond the individual rooms, the project includes a generous range of shared facilities such as living areas, study rooms, a gym, dining hall, laundry room, green areas, sports facilities and a private pool.
