PBSA Alicante

Located in Alicante’s established university district, this new PBSA project will offer a contemporary student residence designed around comfort, convenience and community. With 214 single studios, a strong range of shared amenities and direct proximity to the University of Alicante, the project creates a high-quality living environment tailored to the needs of today’s students.

Concept and architecture

The residence has been designed as a modern and efficient student living destination, combining private, fully equipped studios with generous communal spaces that support both study and social interaction. Each room includes a bathroom and kitchenette, offering students the independence of a private home within a connected residential community.

Across 5,620 m² above ground, the project brings together essential everyday facilities such as a gym, study room, laundry, games room and dining/canteen area, complemented by outdoor green spaces and leisure amenities including a private pool. With a BREEAM “Excellent” target, the residence reflects a clear focus on quality, sustainability and long-term comfort in one of Alicante’s key student locations.
