BESIX RED strengthens its commitment to Sustainable Real Estate with the launch of its ESG Advisory Board

BESIX RED took an important step in its sustainability strategy with the creation of its ESG Advisory Board, an innovative advisory body that assesses, improves and guides its real estate projects according to the highest sustainability (ESG) standards.

Working together for a sustainable transition

This advisory board, which is the result of a strategic partnership with Evolve, a multidisciplinary consortium comprising Beeodiversity, Deplasse & Associés, Ecores and Urbike, aims to strengthen the sustainability of each of our projects and help us transition to an increasingly environmentally friendly property.

Each month, Evolve experts and BESIX RED project managers will join forces to :

Challenge and evaluate two projects from a sustainability perspective.
Identify ESG risks and develop innovative operational solutions.
To maximise the environmental and social impact of developments while maintaining their economic viability.

Anticipating challenges, redefining standards

Some of the key questions addressed by the advisory board were as follows:

How can we align our projects with the European Taxonomy while meeting today's challenges?
How can we design sustainable buildings that create real value for residents, our partners and the planet, without neglecting the economic value of the project?
